Funny detail about Rune Trader - Guild Wars Forums

i was selling drops at the same time and noticed this ...

The rune trader is giving 37 gold for the rune, the merchant gives 74

How about some of the better priced sup runes ^^ ?

I noticed a lot of the time my unsalvaged runes are worth more than if I salvage and sell to the trader. Sometimes the salvaged merchant value is higher than the trader value too.

What I wonder is if the the unsalvaged or salvaged runes sold to the merchant affect the traders rune pool and therefore his sale and purchase prices.
